Terms & Conditions
To ensure availability and secure your appointment, a non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking your first clean; all follow-on cleans will not require a deposit.
This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. The remaining balance must be paid between 1 and 7 days of your scheduled clean.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests. We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% service charge. this must be paid between 1 and 7 days of the original appointment.
